Tell us about you ?

I am 32 years old and I am from Bastia, a city in which I lived for 24 years before traveling all over Corsica for my professional activities. On the passion side, I am very attached to my island, to its economic and social development that I have observed since I was young, to entrepreneurship, and to astronomy. I graduated from two masters in management and finance, and a solid background in accounting. I have been working for 10 years as financial director of small and large companies, alongside a financial advisory activity. I worked in construction, mass distribution, agribusiness and textiles … Until now, in a new profession for me, real estate. At the same time, I am a teacher in management and finance at the University of Corsica, Paris, and Kedge Business School, and I work as an author of books for Ellipses editions.

Why BARNES Corse?

First of all, it is a meeting for a support mission. Then I got to know the team and its leaders, and over time it became clear to me that I wanted to get involved in the long term development of the business. So I discover this new sector every day by contributing what I have learned to do.

What is your mission at BARNES Corse?

I am director of development. This position is the synthesis of several functions: general management, human resources, finance, strategy, team management …

And finally a topical issue … containment?

The confinement was the opportunity to learn and to set a new goal, whether professional, personal, collective or individual.
